All on skate refs are expected to commit in league practices, scrimmages and to the learning Roller Derby rules.
Miss Bee and The Wiz will train all new refs and off skate officials. Refs on skate, practice with the teams. Scrimmages are led by Miss Bee and The Wiz.
In order to be accepted into the Swarm, new refs will need to make a minimum commitment of 4 months, 50% of practices and scrimmages a week.
